Frequently Asked Questions for New Castle Steel Deck Framing Kit (Black) - 16x16 Deck, Flush Beam, Picture Frame, 14 Stairs with 4x4 Landing Size_5/4 x 10 700 lb/in Maintenance No oiling Simpson

What should I check if an approved refund has not appeared yet?

Do not submit an unrelated new purchase to test the balance. Check for an update before repeating a recently answered request.

What should I do if the product seems different from its description?

Contact the seller through the designated support route. Use the current order's description rather than assumptions from an earlier purchase.

How can I decide whether this product meets my needs?

Compare the stated product information with the features you actually need. A popular option may still be unsuitable for your particular priorities.
